Discovery Call
30-minute 1:1 call to see if we'd be the right fit to work together.
What this is...
This is a conversation to figure out, together, whether we're actually the right fit to work on your mission. We'll talk about where you're at right now, what you're hoping to build or fix, and what's been getting in the way. I'll ask questions about your mission, your audience, and what you've already tried, and I'll be upfront about whether I think I'm the right person to help, because I'd rather tell you that honestly than take on work that isn't a good match for either of us. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of whether this is a fit, what working together would actually look like, and what the next step is if it makes sense to move forward. No pressure either way. If it's a yes, we'll talk about what that looks like. If it's not, I'll tell you that too, and point you in a better direction if I can.
Cancellation Policy
Our discovery calls are designed to be a focused, no-pressure conversation about where you are, what feels unclear, and whether KAM Design Studio is the right strategic partner to help you move forward. Because these calls are complimentary, I ask that you treat your reserved time with the same care I do. Rescheduling + Cancellations: Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your call, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. You can use the rescheduling or cancellation link in your confirmation email to make changes to your appointment. Late Arrivals: If you’re running a few minutes behind, no worries. I’ll remain available for up to 10 minutes after your scheduled start time. Because appointments are booked back-to-back, calls that begin late will still need to end at the originally scheduled time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a missed call and you’ll be welcome to book a new time. No-Shows: If you miss your discovery call without cancelling or rescheduling in advance, I may limit the ability to book another complimentary call. This isn’t about being rigid. It’s simply about honoring the time that has been intentionally reserved for you. What This Call Is (and Isn’t) Your discovery call is an opportunity for us to: Talk through what you’re currently experiencing in your brand, business, church, or ministry Identify some of the clarity gaps that may be keeping your message from reaching the right people Discuss your goals, needs, and priorities Explore whether KAM Design Studio is the right fit for the work ahead This call is not a complimentary strategy session, brand audit, or consulting session. We may uncover important areas that deserve attention, but deeper diagnosis, recommendations, and strategic direction are part of our paid services. Because around here, we diagnose before we prescribe. A Note About Fit: Not every discovery call will lead to working together, and that’s completely okay. The goal isn’t to convince you to hire KAM Design Studio. It’s to determine whether your mission, your needs, and the way we work are genuinely aligned. If we’re the right fit, we’ll talk about the next step. If we’re not, I’ll tell you that too. Clarity first. Always.
